Social media

Don't let your clinic's
Instagram go quiet.

Opening an account is easy; feeding it consistently is hard. Content produced for your site also becomes an Instagram post — you don't have to go hunting for topics, and the account never sits idle on its own.

  • InstagramThe only platform for now — it's where prospective patients in healthcare actually look.
  • 12 postsAverage monthly publishing volume.
  • Physician sign-offNo post goes out without approval.
Boundaries

Healthcare has rules around what you can post

Promotion in healthcare isn't as free as it is in other industries. When an agency that doesn't know this posts something, the responsibility doesn't fall on the agency — it falls on the physician. We work within this framework from the outset.

Safe to post
  • Information about treatments and methods
  • The physician's title, specialty, and education
  • Clinic introduction: team, equipment, hours
  • Answers to questions patients commonly ask
  • Preventive-health and care recommendations
Not posted
  • Result promises or success-rate claims
  • Campaign, discount, or price announcements
  • Comparisons with other physicians or clinics
  • Sharing patient experiences or testimonials
  • Before-and-after imagery

Rules vary by specialty; dentistry, aesthetics, and psychology also have their own professional-body regulations. For borderline content, we make the call together with the physician — not publishing is better than taking it down later.

Workflow

How a post actually gets made

We don't set up a separate content team or a separate approval chain. Content produced for the site turns into Instagram content within the same workflow.

  1. 01

The topic comes from the site

Treatment pages and blog posts published during the month are the source of post topics. We never have to hunt for ideas from scratch.

  2. 02

    Copy and visuals are prepared

Written in an informational tone; no promises, campaigns, or comparisons. Images are chosen from the clinic's own material.

  3. 03

    Physician sign-off

No post publishes without approval. Since medical accuracy and regulatory responsibility rest with the physician, so does the final call.

  4. 04

    Publishing

Approved content is scheduled for its planned date and published from the dashboard.

  5. 05

    Measurement

How much reach and engagement each post got is visible in the dashboard.

Pricing

Not bundled into the package — priced separately

Every clinic's social media needs are different. That's why we don't fold content production into the package price — it's set up and priced separately for clinics that want it.

Included in the package

The dashboard's social media capability

Connecting your Instagram account to the dashboard, scheduling and publishing posts from the dashboard, and seeing reach data on the same screen. Included in the Plus and Pro packages; the number of connectable accounts varies by package.

Priced separately

Producing the content itself

Writing post copy, preparing images, and running the publishing calendar. We work on an average of 12 posts a month; scope varies by the clinic's needs.

There's no fixed list price for this service. The fee is set once scope and posting frequency are clarified in a call. See all add-on services
